Shipping Policy

Individual orders for common products in standard configurations usually ship within 24 hours. Made to order products require approx. two-weeks manufacturing lead-time. FedEx Ground shipping is FREE for consumer orders of $100 or more shipping within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping does not apply to Business-to-Business orders.

Non-Warranty, Non-Defect Return Policy

This policy applies only to the original purchaser of non-defective products bought directly from robbinsautotop.com or Robbins Auto Top, LLC by phone, as clearly listed on your receipt. (For warranty claims or defects, please see our Warranty page.)

Due to their unique nature, special orders (e.g., items in non-standard materials or colors, items for uncommon vehicle models, and custom orders) are non-returnable. Additionally, miscellaneous items, accessories and parts kits are non-returnable. Orders for these items are considered final and cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged after placement, even if the listing does not explicitly state "non-returnable".

Return requests for eligible items must be initiated within 45 days of your purchase date, which is noted on your invoice or receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests after this 45-day period.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which must be obtained from Robbins Auto Top. It is the purchaser's responsibility to obtain an RMA number before initiating any product return. Items received without a valid RMA number may be rejected or returned to the sender at the purchaser's expense. The assigned RMA number must be clearly affixed to the exterior of the return package. To request an RMA number, please contact Robbins Auto Top using the contact information below. Please be advised that not all products are eligible for return.

Here's how to return your product to Robbins Auto Top:

  • Have a copy of your original purchase receipt.
  • Understand that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Make sure the product is in new condition and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • (Items returned with damage, scratches, scuffs upon return will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.)

  • Email [email protected] with subject "Return Request"; include your receipt and reason for return.
  • Once you have been provided an RMA number, write it on the package-near your shipping label.
  • Return the product within 30 days of receiving your RMA number. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs.
Exception for website listing errors: If you opened the package due to a listing error, the product must still be returned in new condition with all original parts and accessories. Protect and carefully place the product back in its original package, taking care not to scuff or damage material or windows. If the website listing is confirmed to be in error, Robbins Auto Top will provide a return shipping label.
